Proud faces, powerful presence. Representation Matters brought the brilliance to Chicago

When a room is filled with Black, Indigenous, Latinx, and LGBTQ+ leaders who are changing the face of tech and business, you can feel the energy shift. We were so proud to be there to capture every moment.

Representation Matters is Salesforce’s annual racial equity summit, and it’s all about amplifying the voices of those who have blazed bold, beautiful trails in their fields. From inspiring keynotes to real talk in breakout rooms, the day was packed with powerful conversations, new connections, and a whole lot of heart.

Our team brought the full CJP experience to this event, roaming the venue with our cameras to document the moments that matter. Whether it was a mic-drop moment on stage or a quiet exchange between colleagues, our goal was to tell the story of the day with authenticity and joy.

And because we’re all about helping people shine, we also hosted a Headshot Lounge where attendees could snag a polished portrait that matched the vibe. Confident, professional, and ready to be seen. These headshots weren’t just about good lighting (though we’ve got that covered); they were about celebrating representation, visibility, and power in the workplace.
