“The Hidden Gem” San Francisco Photo Studio

Welcome to Chloe Jackman Photography’s ‘The Hidden Gem’ studio. It’s kinda like Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson or “A Tribe Called Quest”. You gotta say the whole thing! This studio has been a dream of mine FOREVER. I’ve been hoarding furniture, lighting, backdrops, and props for years and searched for the perfect place without knowing what that meant. When I finally saw this space, I knew this was “the one!” It’s out of this studio that I run my photography business taking headshots, personality/lifestyle shoots, boudoir sessions, graduation photos, family portraits, newborn photos, squad photos and much more.

I know well enough that space is rare for San Francisco photo studio rentals (as I was on the renter’s side first), and know space for any kind of class, meeting or exhibit is equally hard to find. So, I decided to share my beautiful space for all the lovely things you cool people need it for! Be it studio photography or videography (obv), classes or meetings or your yoga or spiritual private lessons the studio is available to rent hourly or by the day!

Location in the Inner Richmond

The Hidden Gem is at street level on the corner of 3rd Ave and Clement in the Inner Richmond. There’s lots of shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance. The studio is located in a private office in back of The Golden Hour vintage shop, though we have our own private entrance.

The studio is easily reached by MUNI’s 38 Geary which drops you a block away on Geary & 3rd or the 1 California and get off on 4th (these lines run from the east or west). The 28 bus if you’re coming from the south (drops you off at California & 17th). Parking is metered on Clement or 2 hour zones on the surrounding streets (if you are will to walk a block or two there is some non restricted parking.

The Deets and Potential Uses

800 SQ/FT

Depending on the rental purpose, the studio can fit up to 30 people (seated in like a kumbaya circle), but please contact me to discuss a layout of more than 20 people.

Photo & Video Shoots

Finding San Francisco photo studio rental space can be pretty challenging, I know. As Chloe Jackman Photography Studio is primarily used for photography the set up for your shots is easy and seamless. There are two skylights for natural light, and I also offer a few photography supplies with your rental. Just check out the amenities list below.

Meetings

Starting a new non-profit? Need a unique space for your next board meeting? Chloe Jackman Photography Studio has you covered with a conference table, flat screen tv for presentations, and more. The studio is fairly soundproof for nice and quiet meetings and we can arrange seating for up to 25. See the amenities list below for everything that’s included.

Movement Classes

I loooooove yoga, so if you want to hold a yoga class in my studio I’ll be thrilled! There’s enough room in the studio for a comfortable yoga session of 10 people or so. Ideal for private one-on-one lessons or smaller groups. The floors are concrete but are nearly completely covered with area rugs. I have a portable Bluetooth speaker available for your use, too. Art Exhibitions
